Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent outflow of liquid in a sealed container to an external part when a discharge pipe is separated from a discharge port due to a shock by providing a discharge port sealing means to seal a discharge port simultaneously with separation operation of the discharge pipe from the discharge port. SOLUTION: A discharge port 2d has one opening end closed by a cap 11 and the other end is connected to a discharge pipe 9. Further, at the internal part of the discharge port 2d, a cutoff valve 13 and a valve seat 2k are arranged at the two ends of a position situated opposite to an opening part 2h. The cutoff valve 13 is provided at its center with a hole with a bottom into which a push rod 14 serving as a stopper is inserted. When the discharge pipe 9 is separated due to a high shock, the stopper part 14b of the push rod 14 is come off from the discharge port 2d togetherwith the discharge pipe 9, the cutoff valve 13 is moved in the direction of the discharge pipe 9 through the energizing force of a spring 15, and adhered to a valve seat 2k.
